The biggest conversation in College Football this week is obviously the debacle that transpired in Madison Wisconsin on Saturday.
In case you missed it, check out Josh Henschke break down the game yesterday on the Blitz: Michigan Week 5: Rutgers
Usually when Jeremy Birmingham does his weekly segment with Anthony, the conversation starts off with how well the Buckeyes played the previous Saturday, and what to watch out for in their upcoming opponent.
Today was not a usual day.
Michigan and Ohio State have always been the blue bloods of the Big Ten conference. Yet in the past decade, the Buckeyes have been head and shoulders above their rivals up 23 North. Jim Harbaugh was supposed to be the "savior" of the Michigan Wolverines program:
- He's a Michigan Man
- He's a product of the great Bo Schembechler
- He brought Jordan Brand to Ann Arbor
Now he's 1-9 against top 10 ranked opponents, and 0-4 to Urban Meyer's Buckeyes.
Even with a first year Head Coach at the reigns, Ohio state looks like they haven't skipped a beat. They remain undefeated after massacring Miami (OH) by 71 pts. at home, and look to be shoe-ins for the Conference Championship.
To give a Buckeye perspective to the turmoil in Ann Arbor and preview this weekend's showdown in Nebraska, Jeremy Birmingham joined the Blitz.
