The Harlequins Community Theatre of Sandusky has announced the cast list for the upcoming production of the campy sci fi rock musical, "The Rocky Horror Show". In this 1970s cult classic, newlyweds Brad and Janet, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker, creepy waitstaff and the undead. Through beloved dances like "The Time Warp" and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscle man named "Rocky."
The production will be held at Harlequins Coach House Theatre, 414 Wayne Street in downtown Sandusky, Ohio. Production dates are August 4, 5, 11 & 12 at 8 p.m., August 6 & 13 at 2 p.m. Guests are fully encouraged to dress in outrageous costumes. Call the box office at (419) 626-1157 for reservations.
