4th In The 419

Fourth in the 419, presented by Taylor Automotive Group, will be a multi-day downtown celebration leading up to Independence Day.  The City of Toledo and its community partners will take one of the most exciting nights of the year and stretch it into six straight days of nonstop entertainment and family fun, beginning on June 29, and capping it off with the all new Fourth in the 419 fireworks display high above the Maumee River on July 4.

For the first time in Toledo history, Fourth in the 419 fireworks will be accompanied with a performance by the Toledo Symphony Orchestra, performed live in Promenade Park as part of the ProMedica Summer Concert Series, and simulcast on 101.5 The River as well as iHeartRadio.

The multi-day festivities will feature nine downtown concerts at multiple venues, five Mud Hens games with four postgame fireworks shows, and many family friendly events and activities at Imagination Station, Metroparks Toledo and more!  The ProMedica Summer Concert Series will kick off the multi-day celebration with legendary musician George Thorogood at Promenade Park on June 29, welcomed by 104.7 WIOT and iHeartRadio.  A full list of events and activities will be announced soon.

Fourth in the 419 comes to a roaring finish on July 4 with Toledo's preeminent fireworks show beginning at 10 p.m. from International Park, along the Maumee River. The display will be synchronized to music of the Toledo Symphony and broadcast on 101.5 The River.  Promenade Park and Hensville Park will host free public viewing parties with live entertainment leading up to the fireworks show.  Fleetwood's Tap Room, Holy Toledo Tavern, and The Heights at the Renaissance Hotel will hold rooftop viewing parties.  TARTA will provide “Muddy Shuttle” Park N Ride services to and from the Fourth in the 419 Celebration.
