Right now is probably the toughest time for baseball fans. The weather is finally starting to warm up, we're past the mid-April cold and rainy games, and the sun is out and shining! All that's missing is the smell of hot dogs on a grill and the crack of a baseball bat.
Luckily for all of us, nobody misses baseball more that the people that are responsible for salvaging the season.
The Chicago Cubs launched their own network, the Marquee Sports Network, to provide 24 hour Cubs coverage! The Ilitch family in Detroit for example, have been rumored to start their own network for Tigers and Red Wings games when their current TV contract is up. So what does that look like for consumers?
